I hadn't been to this store in a long time. Leilani did a great job. I joked with her that my experience had been that attractive stylists do a poor job cutting hair. She blew that theory out of the water. She is fun to talk to and my wife even liked my haircut. I will go again.

She’s always striving to make the customers come out with an A1 haircut !! She’s amazing and provides an immaculate service !! She does not stop until you get what you ask for. So, after three consecutive visits to Sports Clips in Newnan, I now consider myself a regular customer. My hair has never looked better, I certainly have never looked better, if that’s even possible, and it doesn’t even matter as I am treated like a valued customer by Leilani, and that’s what really stands out to me in the entire experience. I worked myself for 37 straight years for the same company, retired early, expect to spend the rest of my life enjoying life itself. Leilani has convinced me that is exactly what I should be experiencing. Smiles, great conversation, joy, simply giving to others with kindness. It cost nothing. I sit in a chair and Leilani makes me significant in that very moment. OK, I know what you're thinking here, it’s ok, because I come from a place of truth. I pay attention to detail, and to people when they are not looking. You see, I use to ask employees that worked for me, Who do you want to be, or Who are you when no one’s looking. That’s when you should be at your best, because that is what defines you the most. In the little time I have visited Sports Clips, I see Leilani treat everyone, just as she treats me, with respect, professionally, and with care. As if she owned the business herself. Maybe she should have ownership, be a store manager, a regional educator. Or maybe just recognized in a way that she feels valued by the company. Sort of like she makes me feel. It is all connected you see. I’ll give you an example of the simplicity and kindness I experienced with her this evening. On my way out, I asked about the TeaTree Shampoo. She spoke of it a couple of times before, explained the product, asked if I was interested. I was, but just not at that time. She wasn’t trying to push the product off on me, she was excited about it because she uses it and knows what she’s trying to sell to others. So tonight, I asked her for a bottle. She asked me what size, I started to get the smaller bottle and then asked her what was the better deal. Of course I could have guessed the 1 liter bottle, and like a good little sales person she obliged me…lol. So we go through checking out and paying, and she notices she doesn’t have a bag to put the bottle in. I could tell she was a bit embarrassed about that, and she asked me if I needed a bag or would I like the smaller bottle so it wouldn’t be so heavy to carry. Now some people might take not having a bag as a bad thing, but for me, she turned it around and seemed more concerned about how I felt about carrying it, rather than selling me the 1 liter bottle of product. That’s an act of kindness, and is what a great employee does when they take ownership in your business. I appreciate Leilani, Sports Clips, you should too. She’s more than a stylist, and you should probably invest in her for the bigger picture in your company’s success. I know, as I was that kind of employee myself. Thanks, Leilani, You’re the best. Leilani is one of the most professional stylist that I have ever experienced. You can tell she takes pride in her work and is very knowledgeable about product sales and application. I’m new to Sport Clips and because of her quality of work combined with her kindness and hospitality, I will continue to frequent the Newnan location. In one visit, she made me feel so welcomed that I was able to enjoy the MVP experience in what she refers to as “Manpering” , consisting of a very soothing shampoo, massage and hot towel treatment. Who needs to wait for your hair to need a cut after that? Just stop by and get pampered!...and I already have!...Thanks, Leilani and Sports Clips 😊 You get a 10 from me.

Yea I won't be coming back to your business. Have had a couple instances in the past but yesterday was ridiculous. I was blessed with have Corrie attempt to cut my hair. She acted and smelled like she had a really rough night the night before or started before she came to work and didn't want to be there. Going elsewhere to get my hair fixed and no I don't what a free cut. Maybe a good idea to tell your employees if they had a little too much fun the night before maybe they should call out sick. Especially when dealing with scissors and clippers.

This place is ridiculous. None of the stylists seem to even care about spending time with their clients. My most recent experience was with a girl named Corrie. Took a phone call on cell. I know she did because said be right back and left to go to the back. Spent more time talking about her personal life when she was actually cutting my hair. Seemed to be ready to be done and hurried through it. My second time wasn't much better. Seems like it's contagious. Don't remember her name but 3 strikes your out is my motto in this case. Will never set foot in that place again. Whoever is in charge of hiring needs to do better. Thanks.
