Finally got my hair cut today! Been a while since all this Covid mess started. But I had Leilani as my stylist and she is everything you see in the sports clips commercials and more! She did an excellent job, very thorough and meticulous about what she does. So if you're planning on going to the Newnan location, check her out! You will be happy with your haircut and how you are treated.

This is my favorite place to get a haircut in Newnan. The staff is professional and do awesome haircuts. The hot steam towel is a nice extra. I leave feeling refreshed! The most significant thing that has helped lately is On-line check-in. I can now see in seconds how log the wait is and if my favorite stylist is working. I can check in and all but eliminate my wait. If you opt-in, they will even text you when its your turn. This was a game changer for me.

In the past I would agree that the service is lacking. But I only use 2 particular stylists that know how I want mine cut. I only go on the days that one of them are working. That seems to work for me.

I really don't think anybody reads or cares about these reviews. I agree with the previous 2 posts. I've even noticed on many occasions that they close before their posted hrs. Now I understand you don't want last minute customers and I try to avoid that but dang if the sign says close at 8 why are the lights off and people gone by 7:45pm. Not good customer service at all. And like some of the other comments there are certain stylists I will never see again (i.e. Nicole, Chelsie, Corrie). Too much time spent away from client and too much personal information shared. Ex. the last one I mentioned felt the need to tell me about what her and her boyfriend did the night before. Really??? And no I don't mean what they did for dinner it was way more personal than that. Not to mention the problems going on with her, almost as if trying to get a bigger tip from sympathy. I have seriously considered on no longer going to your place and think I have made up my mind. It's not like there are no others with equally if not better service.

Is anyone listening to the reviews or comments? This location consistently misses the bar with overall experience. The sign says that you open at 11AM on Sundays, you open the doors at 11:10 and do not start your first cut until 11:15AM. Most of your employees hide out in the back to talk on phones or amongst each other until it gets busy. There are a few excellent barbers here at the location, but overall I question Managements ability to make changes.
